Role Overview

Drive broker engagement and loan submission activity through proactive outbound communication, converting leads into approved broker partners.

What You Will Do

Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, present value proposition, promote webinars, convert leads, collaborate with internal teams, and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of high-volume outbound phone sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment
  • Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Benefits
