As our next Sales Operations Lead, you will own the operational infrastructure that powers Checkatrade’s trade acquisition and activation engine. You’ll shape how we attract, qualify, convert, onboard, and upgrade tradespeople across our membership tiers and new products.
Requirements
- Breadth of experience in RevOps/SalesOps, Consulting or a similar strategic operational role
- Strong Salesforce proficiency
- SQL or equivalent data querying skills
- An analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable, commercial recommendations
- Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for defining metrics frameworks and building self-serve reporting
- Experience designing and documenting sales or revenue processes end-to-end
