Senior Data Scientist

The Senior Data Scientist will act as a technical supervisor and coach for junior team members, manage project pipeline and delivery, and drive data science projects to completion. They will translate business problems into data science initiatives, build and validate data modeling hypothesis, and apply advanced knowledge in statistics and data-mining to understand customer interactions. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, strong quantitative analytical capabilities, and experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative or business field (plus)
• 2-5 years of work experience in data science or advanced analytics
• Prior formal or informal leadership experience (preferred)
• Experience in banking industry (plus)
