Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates business operations, provides sales planning and operations support for sales readiness, and sales process advisory services to the sales team to help drive sales productivity in support of enabling sales growth.
What You Will Do
Support business planning and performance review cadence, develop and maintain sales dashboards, drive operational excellence in funnel management, forecasting, planning, and provide feedback on system improvements.

Requirements
- Familiarity with Cisco technology and good knowledge of Cisco Sales Operations basics
- Asia-Pacific regional experience, and global mindset desirable

- Excellent program & project management skills
- Ability to develop & present strong data-driven business proposals
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality
- Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications, a high-degree of efficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Tableau preferred
