Business Development Analyst (Part-Time)

Role Overview

The Business Development Analyst will support the business development, sales, and pursuit activities of Civeo Canada Employees LP. The role will be responsible for administering Salesforce, developing business intelligence and reporting, and providing administrative support to the Business Development and Pursuits teams.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining Salesforce CRM, developing and distributing sales and client-facing reports, analyzing sales pipeline activity, and preparing executive dashboards and presentations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, reporting, dashboard development, and data management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and business reporting tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
