Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in people operations, employee relations or advisory‐based HR roles
• Proven ability to apply employment legislation in practical and commercially sound contexts
• Experience independently managing low to medium risk employee relations cases
• Strong understanding of the end‐to‐end employee lifecycle
• Qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (preferred)
