Requirements

  • Experience in a corporate HR, People Operations, or related role
  • Proven experience providing high-quality administrative or generalist people support
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining HRIS records and employee data integrity
  • Sound understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Ability to support employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and employment changes
  • Knowledge of, or exposure to, Australian employment legislation and awards
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles and incident management processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Organised, reliable, and capable of managing competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support local and global People initiatives
  • Analytical capability with experience preparing or supporting HR reporting
