People Operations Specialist (based in Kyiv)

Join a team of 750+ employees in 20+ countries as a People Operations Specialist in Ukraine. You will participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year of proven experience in HR roles
• Fluent English language is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (pivots; knowledge of formulas)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work from office in Kyiv at least 3 days/week
