We are seeking a highly analytical Team Lead to manage and scale our data operations function. This person will oversee the full-time Data Specialists and build, train, and manage a seasonal contract workforce of Data Specialists during peak periods.
Requirements
- Recruit, onboard, and train seasonal and full time Data Specialists
- Design and implement scalable processes
- Lead initiatives to drive automation and AI tool adoption
- Maintain documentation and SOPs
- Be subject matter expert for the internal Clarity manual verification process and content
