Role Overview

As Manager of FP&A at ClassPass, you’ll shape the decisions that drive our business forward by leading a high-performing team of analysts, working cross-functionally to inform strategy, optimize performance, and build the models that power our growth.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning, serve as a strategic partner to operational teams, build scenario models and business cases, monitor key performance metrics, and deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders.

We’re looking for a finance expert, business partner, and strategist with 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally within SaaS or tech, and a proven track record in building models, running analyses, and developing business cases that influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally within SaaS or tech
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems preferred
• Proven track record in building models, running analyses, and developing business cases that influence strategic decisions
• 2+ years of people leadership, with experience guiding both early-career and senior analysts
• Strong proficiency in large-scale data analysis, scenario planning, and financial forecasting
• Executive-level communication skills with a clear ability to influence and align stakeholders
• Known for problem solving—you thrive on building better, smarter solutions
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
