Role Overview

Clutch is a used car retailer looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to deliver a seamless car-buying experience to customers. The role involves being the face of the company, addressing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

What You Will Do

Deliver a uniquely special experience to customers, inspect vehicles, complete customer paperwork, and assist team members with various tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in the retail industry
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• A Class 5 License with no restrictions
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
