We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next stage of growth by generating new business pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, and proactively reaching out to high-value prospects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS/PLG/tech preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges and aligning them with CodeRabbit’s value
- Self-starter mentality
- Grit, resilience, and persistence when it comes to outbound prospecting and building relationships
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a rapidly scaling GTM team
