Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
- Hands-on experience tuning and evaluating ML models for NLP tasks
- Experience building and scaling data science solutions in cloud environments
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction without direct authority
- Strong experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Expertise in Python programming language
- Ability to communicate and influence at senior stakeholder levels
