Role Overview
Supports in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth. The sales lead will support the implementation of the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan.

Requirements
- Related field experience preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks
- Computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
- Effective communication in verbal and written English
