Sales Lead

Role Overview

Supports in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth in accordance with company philosophy and established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• at least 16 years of age
• 2 years of retail experience, preferably in specialty or footwear retail
• availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
• retail operations knowledge, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• proficient knowledge of computer systems, including POS and handheld systems, Microsoft Office, and other solutions
• excellent verbal and written communication, delegation follow-up, and time management skills
• ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
• ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
• physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
