Account Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Account Marketing Manager will manage and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns within the designated wholesale account to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty, and advocacy with consumers. This role works cross-functionally with Brand & Retail Marketing, Sales, Agency Partners, and Merchandising teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

Lead account marketing strategy development, champion cross-functional collaboration, own the account relationship and brand representation, develop and execute omni-channel campaigns, drive category-specific storytelling, measure, optimize, and report performance, and manage budgets and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 8+ years functional experience
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acting as a lead
• Ability to manage and lead teams of people in local or remote locations
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Intermediate level of computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications
• Ability to conduct complex interpersonal interactions with people who are in a position to affect sales of Columbia Sportswear products
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions independently, operate independently, and with discretion and work efficiently under pressure
