Role Overview
The Data Analyst supports the organization’s data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare and operational data.
What You Will Do
Gathers, cleans, and prepares data from various sources, conducts descriptive, exploratory, and statistical analyses, and develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or healthcare analytics
- Experience working with healthcare data systems and EMRs (e.g., Cerner, Medhost, Epic) preferred
