Databricks Sales Director

CEI is seeking a Databricks Sales Director to join our growing organization! As a Databricks Solution Sales Leader, you will help drive enterprise adoption of Databricks-based data and AI platforms. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud modernization.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • 3+ years selling data platforms, analytics platforms, or artificial intelligence solutions
  • Demonstrated experience selling Databricks, Spark-based platforms, or modern data stack technologies
  • Strong understanding of data engineering pipelines
  • Experience working with data lakes or Lakehouse architectures
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows
  • Knowledge of modern analytics ecosystems
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise deal cycles
  • Experience collaborating with cloud platform providers and system integrator partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
