CEI is seeking a MS Dynamics Sales & Partnerships Director to join our growing organization! The position supports CEI’s continued expansion as an AI-first engineering and transformation company, with a focus on growing its Microsoft ecosystem presence and enterprise client footprint.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a focus on hunting & net-new logos/business development
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within a consulting, systems integration, or services-based environment
- Demonstrated experience closing large, complex Microsoft Dynamics (D365) deals
- Experience building, managing, and monetizing Microsoft partnerships and co-sell initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP)
- Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, with preference for Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise solutions
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO)
- Experience leading full sales lifecycle including prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and deal closure
