Sales Data Analyst

Role Overview

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams to turn complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth, improve performance, and drive better decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in building the foundation for how the business manages sales and operational performance data, providing strategic insight into opportunities, risks, and trends that directly impact business results.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Analyst, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by developing dashboards, executive reporting, performance metrics, and advanced analytical insights that support sales and partnership activities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify trends, improve reporting visibility, and develop recommendations that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms
• Strong SQL experience
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders
• Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Ability to anticipate business needs
• Strong communication skills for executive audiences
