Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager is part of the Sustainability Solutions (S2) Account Management team, responsible for customer value creation, customer management, and internal enablement. The role involves working closely with external stakeholders, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring deliverables are met. The Customer Success Manager will own the relationship with management companies and ownership groups to address compliance benchmarking, green loans, and data management.
What You Will Do
Own the relationship with management companies and ownership groups, drive the growth of benchmarking services offerings, problem-solve with clients and internal stakeholders, ensure deliverables are met, manage projects, and professionally communicate with clients and team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (degree in engineering, sciences, sustainability or business is preferred)
- Demonstrable interest/experience in sustainability and sustainability initiatives
- Experience with SalesForce and/or Energy Star Portfolio Manager
- Experience finding and fixing errors in complex data sets across different software platforms
- Background in handling building data (electricity, gas, water) specifically for ESG or sustainability reporting
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in account management, sales or customer success/service
