Role Overview
We’re looking for a Director of Account Management to lead our Account pod, responsible for retaining and growing relationships across Onboard’s post-sale customer base. This is a pure management role, focusing on people development, process consistency, and problem-solving.
What You Will Do
Manage three team leaders, develop direct reports, ensure cross-vertical process consistency, and maintain an account pod operating rhythm.

The right candidate is a strong people developer with experience managing senior ICs or Leads, familiar with renewal-based revenue motions, health scoring, and the post-sale commercial cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management or customer success leadership
- At least 2 years managing a team
- Experience managing Managers, Leads or senior ICs
- Fluency with B2B renewal motions: health scoring, EBR cadence, expansion identification, rate increase positioning
- Management maturity to operate through influence across multiple teams
- Proptech, multifamily, or SFR background preferred
