Role Overview

The Director will lead complex capture efforts across federal and commercial markets, executing project management duties to ensure disciplined capture execution and effective transition from pursuit to contract award.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end capture activities, develop and execute capture strategies, engage with customers, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage capture timelines and milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in capture management, business development, program management, or related roles
  • Prior Special Operations experience (SOF background required)
  • Demonstrated success leading complex capture efforts in federal or defense-adjacent markets
  • Active or eligible U.S. security clearance
