Contentsquare is a global leader in experience analytics and is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join the Enterprise Success team in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, driving adoption and utilization of the Contentsquare solutions, and ensuring customers achieve their strategic business goals and realize value from their Contentsquare partnership.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a high-touch enterprise customer success/account management/consulting position
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Diplomacy, assertiveness and influence skills
- Experience with Digital Solutions and very good knowledge of Analytics (and ideally Product Analytics), A/B testing and Data businesses
