Join Coram AI, a fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact, as a Manager, FP&A Strategy & Operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, customer success, strategy, and operations, partnering with finance and revenue operations to drive the company’s FP&A and biz-ops function.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain forecasting models, design commission and incentive plans, surface insights through KPI reporting and variance analysis, and translate financial data into decisions across GTM, product, and operations. Manage processes that span from invoicing through cash collection, including inventory management, vendor coordination, and operational planning.

- Experience with forecasting, FP&A, and operational planning
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Strong execution skills with the ability to operate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
