Role Overview
Responsible for coordinating with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, and written and faxed correspondence.
What You Will Do
Enter operations information into the system, generate reports, check for accuracy, provide product pricing, develop code directives, prepare and submit routine proposals, procure and maintain inventory, resolve customer service issues, and assist Operations Manager with branch operational duties.
