Accounting Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Accounting Enablement Manager will own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of ERP-related master data objects, contributing to automation initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects that improve business processes and bring efficiency.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for master data domains, maintaining the business glossary and data dictionary for key finance master data objects, and identifying process improvement opportunities to streamline master data requests, approvals, and maintenance of workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience
• Hands-on experience in master data management, data governance, or data analysis within a Finance organization at a publicly listed company
• Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across cross-functional teams in a SOX-compliant environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a builder mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with agility in the face of ambiguity
