Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic customer management (SaaS) or in management consulting with a focus on transformation and process optimization.
- In-depth expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to safely moderate complex organizational changes.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and absolute negotiation security at the C-level.
- Strong analytical skills to penetrate complex process landscapes in the construction industry and translate them into data-driven strategies.
- High level of empathy and persuasiveness to inspire customers for new digital ways.
- German and English at native level (C2) for secure and sovereign communication in a professional environment.
