Director of Product Management (Onsite Growth)

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused product leader to join our Onsite Growth Product team. In this role, you will be a key pillar of the team, owning critical initiatives across landing experiences, campaign management, and personalization. You will partner with AI/ML engineering, UX design, and marketing leaders to deliver a best-in-class onsite experience, leveraging AI-driven innovation to optimize conversion for all incoming traffic through a horizontal platform that powers high-performing, personalized customer journeys.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the product vision for ML-powered landing page experiences, including personalized recommendations and contextual UX. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and iteration. Drive conversion uplift through experimentation, reinforcement learning, and rapid feedback loops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML, AdTech or Onsite Growth domains
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product innovation
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in experimentation frameworks and causal inference
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
