Role Overview

The Seller Growth Program Management (Rocket Growth) is a strategic program that enables third-party sellers to leverage Coupang’s Rocket Delivery and fulfillment infrastructure to accelerate growth while providing customers with a fast, reliable, world-class shopping experience. The team partners closely across operations, product, seller success, and business functions to solve complex challenges that help sellers scale their businesses on Coupang.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will identify complex business challenges, design scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate seller growth and business performance across the Rocket Growth organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields, and demonstrated success leading complex projects and programs from concept through execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and programs from concept through execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to conduct deep dive analyses, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
