Role Overview
The Commissions Analyst will support accurate and timely sales compensation for a global field organization of more than 500 employees. The role involves administering commission plans and payments, maintaining data across Xactly Incent, Salesforce Spiff, and Salesforce, and partnering with teams across Revenue Operations, Finance, People Operations, and Payroll to resolve issues and improve processes.
What You Will Do
Support the end-to-end administration of sales commissions, maintain sales, quota, and commission data, calculate and validate commissions, bonuses, SPIFFs, guarantees, and other incentive payments, and audit monthly and quarterly commissions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, commission administration, revenue or sales operations, finance, accounting, or a related analytical function
- Experience supporting commission calculations and/or sales compensation plan administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet monthly and quarterly deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain compensation calculations and plan mechanics
