As a Staff Data Analyst, you will act as the internal data consultant and product owner, designing self-serve data solutions that drive action. You will operate dynamically across multiple business units, taking on ambiguous, complex business challenges and translating complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives.

You will serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning analytical priorities, influencing decisions, and driving clarity on complex business challenges. You will leverage AI tools to enhance analytical capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

We are seeking an Analytics Lead with 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders. You will have deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers, proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with the modern data stack and BI tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role
• Deep knowledge of GTM commercial drivers
• Proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Sigma)
• Experience building or directing predictive models
• Ability to present analysis to executives that influenced a decision
• Strong written communication skills
