Area Sales Manager – Current Account

Role Overview

Drive liability sales for Current Accounts across assigned area by leading and mentoring sales teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.

Supervise and mentor sales teams, drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve area-level business objectives.
