The CX Sales Director – New Logo Sales position at CSG requires a strategic, consultative sales director who can drive new logo acquisition across key verticals and accelerate growth through partner-led sales motions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful technology sales experience selling in to one or more of CSG’s target verticals
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise prospects
- Demonstrated success driving the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- CX expertise & executive engagement
- Customer Experience (CX) SaaS expertise preferred
