Sales Enablement & Learning Management System Manager

Role Overview

Culligan Quench is seeking a hybrid Sales Enablement & Learning Management System Manager to lead the strategy, development, organization, and execution of training and enablement programs across the Culligan Quench Indirect organization and dealer network.

What You Will Do

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), develop and maintain sales enablement materials, create and manage product education content, and support dealer onboarding and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, LMS administration, product marketing, or related roles
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems and online learning platforms
  • Strong content development and presentation creation skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
