Role Overview

The Technology Growth Hacker is responsible for evaluating the feasibility of modern technologies and ideas and conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) projects in the preliminary stages of development for different business cases.

What You Will Do

You will work with IT teams, business teams, clients, and Fintech to find and explore new technologies and ideas that improve business value. You will be responsible for designing and driving PoC projects to validate these ideas, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be responsible for market watch to seek opportunities outside the organisation. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, establishing the solutions, and do small developments to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Azure data platforms and Azure messaging platforms
  • Exposure to Agile and understanding new emerging technologies such as DLT, AI, quantum computing, and more in professional business environments
  • Experience with incubation and PoC projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High motivation to work in a team and take over responsibility
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
