Tenjin is a leading provider of mobile marketing analytics empowering app developers and marketers to make data-driven decisions. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Customer Success Manager to support our fast-growing customer base, especially developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in mobile UA, game publishing, client success, ad tech, consulting, or related field.
  • Native-level Mandarin and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with dashboards, data, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers and priorities at once.
