Manager Shared Services FP&A

Role Overview

As a member of the Shared Services Finance team, this role will lead core FP&A activities for an assigned business portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and strategic planning activities, partner with business leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and cost management actions, contribute to streamlining financial planning and analysis processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, business planning, or a related finance discipline
• 3+ years of experience managing a budget or business portfolio through close, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles
• 3+ years of variance analysis, cost management, financial modeling, and translating results into actionable business insights and recommendations
• 2+ years of experience with SAP
