CDI – Global Revenue Growth Management Transformation & Capability Lead

Role Overview

The CDI – Global Revenue Growth Management Transformation & Capability Lead will lead the global deployment, adoption, and scaling of Danone’s Revenue Growth Management capabilities, operating models, and digital solutions. This role will turn global standards into practical, sustainable value across Zones and country business units (CBUs).

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include leading RGM transformation and deployment, driving market onboarding, taxonomy adoption, exception governance, and alignment with TPM and financial reporting requirements, building change plans, deployment toolkits, training approaches, champion networks, and adoption KPIs, and establishing repeatable ways of working, decision forums, and scalable deployment playbooks.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in RGM, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or a related commercial transformation field, experience leading complex global or regional programmes across markets and functions, and a practical understanding of pricing, trade investment, GtN, TPM/TTM, and/or commercial data and systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RGM, Sales, Commercial Excellence or a related commercial transformation field
• Experience leading complex global or regional programmes across markets and functions
• Practical understanding of pricing, trade investment, GtN, TPM/TTM and/or commercial data and systems
• Strong programme governance, change and adoption capabilities
• Ability to translate between commercial priorities, process, data and technology
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority in a global matrix
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome-oriented, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action
