Role Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager, Americas will turn the experiences of Databricks’ largest strategic customers into compelling stories and advocacy programs that advance Databricks’ business priorities.

What You Will Do

Create stories tied to key priorities, build relationships with customers and account teams, deliver programs on schedule, and track metrics and impact.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing, or a closely related function, and demonstrated success independently managing customer marketing or advocacy programs.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing, or a closely related function supporting enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated success independently managing customer marketing or advocacy programs from strategy through execution and delivering measurable results
  • Excellent writing, editing, and interviewing skills
  • Experience building trusted relationships with large enterprise customers and navigating multiple accounts, legal, communications, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong program management, prioritization, and judgment skills
