Role Overview
The Sales Operations team is transforming how operational work gets done by shifting to an AI-first operating model. This role is central to that transformation, owning a portfolio of AI agent workflows that automate business-critical Sales Operations processes.
What You Will Do
You will translate business requirements into agent designs, deploy them into production, monitor performance, and continuously improve them. You will also lead systems improvement projects, diagnose integration issues, fix data quality problems, and coordinate solutions across platforms.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a cross-functional role that requires systems fluency, AI-native thinking, and process design skills. You will partner with Strategy, Planning, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering teams across our enterprise systems stack.

- Process design — thinks in systems, not tasks; proven track record designing and improving operational workflows
