Role Overview

The People Ops Specialist will own the operational core of People Ops for at least the next 18–24 months, managing HRIS, people operations in Hungary, the UK, and Spain, and employee benefits. The role requires a proven track record in People Operations, strong working knowledge of Hungarian labor law, and hands-on experience with HRIS tools.

What You Will Do

The People Ops Specialist will own our HRIS, manage people operations in Hungary, the UK, and Spain, manage employee benefits, automate people operations, and contribute to broader People Team initiatives.
