Partner Marketing Administrator – L.A.

Role Overview

We are seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to build awareness of health plans that offer the support of DaVita’s value-based care program through direct, local engagement with kidney care patients.

What You Will Do

Represent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Health and Life Insurance License from the state of California required
• Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement preferred
• Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
• Must reside near the Los Angeles or Orange County areas and possess a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation—a majority of time will be spent inside dialysis clinics or traveling locally
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
