Partner Marketing Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to build awareness of health plans that offer the support of DaVita’s value-based care program through direct, local engagement with kidney care patients.

What You Will Do

You will spend time in dialysis clinics, engage with eligible patients and caregivers, and build trust that leads to informed health insurance decisions. You’ll also work closely with care teams and local leadership to understand how the care management program works alongside strong health plan benefits to support this patient community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Arizona Life and Health Insurance License
• Medicare Advantage marketing experience
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement
• Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
• Must reside near the Maricopa County area and possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking
