Venture Growth & Strategy Consultant

Role Overview

The Growth & Strategy Consultant is a key role supporting initiatives across AccelerOnc Studio, with a focus on strategy engagements and commercial growth initiatives. This individual leads day-to-day project execution for clients and supports top-of-funnel business development activities.

What You Will Do

Own day-to-day project management, develop and execute research plans, conduct client interviews, and lead development of client deliverables. Support business development activities, including outreach to prospective clients and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Sciences, Social sciences, Economics, Health Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience working in a health care setting, management consulting or investment banking
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, payment models and digital health landscape
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong executive presence and client management capabilities
• Strong critical, strategic thinking and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
