Growth Executive

We are looking for a Growth Executive to join our team at Yemeksepeti, Turkey’s largest online quick delivery platform. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technology, Marketing, Statistics or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in consulting, growth marketing or data analysis field. The role involves analyzing customer behavior through data to generate actionable insights and drive growth.

Requirements

• Analyze customer behavior through data to generate actionable insights and drive growth.
• Collaborate with sub-marketing teams to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns effectively.
• Develop new customer segmentations and design tailored offers based on customer interests.
• Work closely with BI, Tech, Product, Sales, and other teams to develop data-driven strategies.
• Conduct market research, competition analysis, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve marketing efficiency, optimize customer acquisition costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technology, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in consulting, growth marketing or data analysis field.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for finding actionable insights based on data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics or similar software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
