Role Overview

The Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. As a Delivery Consultant, you will translate approved business requirements into development tasks and design, build, test, deploy, and support serverless, event-driven, API-based, messaging, and data-processing solutions using AWS services.

What You Will Do

Translate approved business requirements into development tasks, design, build, test, deploy, and support serverless, event-driven, API-based, messaging, and data-processing solutions using AWS services, and implement customer preference, consent, subscription, suppression, and opt-out processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience developing applications or integrations on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience designing or building serverless, event-driven, API-based, messaging, or data-processing solutions using AWS Lambda, Amazon EventBridge, Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES), and Amazon CloudWatch
• Experience implementing Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), OAuth, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), webhooks, and event schemas for integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, CRM systems, or CDPs
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code, logging, monitoring, and production support
