Role Overview

What You Will Do

In the Wealth Management Germany area, you will support our Head of Ultra-High-Net-Worth in the operational daily business as well as in the efficient organization of the daily routine. Furthermore, you are part of the Growth Office UHNW and actively work on operational tasks as well as on project-related processes.

• Professional communication skills in cooperation with executives, internal stakeholders, customers, and external business partners
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex issues and deriving strategic recommendations
• Very high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information as well as a binding and representative appearance
• Safe handling of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word; experience in creating targeted presentations and decision-making documents is an advantage
• Excellent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking
• Intensive use of and experience with AI tools, e.g. CoPilot
