Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will support the sales team by communicating with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing consultative sales support. They will also maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily and work towards achieving assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include communicating with customers, resolving issues, and providing consultative sales support. They will also engage with accounts to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for additional products or services, and address ongoing needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or customer-facing role
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM and ERP/data management systems
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with and support customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation, and goal orientation—references should confirm these attributes
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Experience supporting field service operations is a plus
