Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for executing DOCOsoft’s marketing strategy and delivering high-impact, multi-channel marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and client engagement across key markets.

What You Will Do

Execute DOCOsoft’s marketing strategy and plans, lead and manage marketing team, drive lead generation programmes, brand and reputation management, digital marketing, marketing performance and reporting, CRM management, sales enablement materials, and cross-company collaboration.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of marketing within Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance market

  • Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience in delivering high-quality marketing events
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading a marketing team
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials
  • Commercially minded
